At Giftrstore (https://giftrstore.com), we maintain a high-efficiency fulfillment model to ensure that your belts, cardigans, mini bags, and dresses are prepared for transit within our 1-3 day handling window. Because our logistical systems are designed for rapid processing, the opportunity for modifying or canceling an order is significantly limited. This policy describes the professional procedures and the narrow timeframes available for post-purchase adjustments.
While we endeavor to accommodate customer requests for order changes, please be advised that once an order has progressed into our automated fulfillment queue, modifications may no longer be feasible. The guidelines provided herein represent our operational objectives and do not constitute a 100% certainty or a legal guarantee that an order can be halted or altered once the 5:00 PM EST cutoff has passed or processing has commenced.
1. Order Cancellation Windows
Cancellation requests are prioritized based on their proximity to the time of order placement. To maximize the likelihood of a successful cancellation, requests should be submitted as soon as possible before the daily order cutoff.

1.1 The Daily Cutoff Influence
As outlined in our Shipping Policy, Giftrstore observes an order cutoff time of 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders that have passed this cutoff on their respective business day are often electronically transmitted to our warehouse for immediate picking and packing. Once this transmission occurs, we cannot guarantee that our staff can physically locate and extract your parcel from the outbound shipment manifest.
2. Permissible Order Changes
If your order has not yet entered the final stages of the 1-3 day handling process, we may be able to facilitate specific modifications. These include:
- Shipping Address Corrections: Adjusting typos or apartment numbers to ensure your dresses or mini bags reach the correct destination.
- Item Swapping: Changing the color or size of a cardigan or belt, provided the requested item is currently in stock.
- Order Consolidation: Removing an item from an order before it is packed.
Please note that we cannot add new items to an existing order. For additional purchases, we recommend placing a secondary order, which will also be subject to our $6.99 flat shipping rate.
3. Non-Modifiable Orders
Once your order has been assigned a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is considered "In Transit" within our system. At this stage, Giftrstore is physically unable to intercept, change, or cancel the shipment. If you no longer desire the items after they have shipped, you must wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow the procedures outlined in our 90-day Return Policy.
How to Submit a Request
To submit a cancellation or change request, please follow these professional steps:
1. Send an email to support@giftrstore.com.
2. Use a subject line such as: "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]".
3. Clearly state the modification required (e.g., "Change address to..." or "Cancel entire order").
Our team monitors requests during our support hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST), Monday – Saturday.
4. Refund Reconciliation for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation is successfully processed before shipment, Giftrstore will issue a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card). As per our Refund Policy, our objective is to finalize this reconciliation within 10 business days. Note that while Giftrstore voids the transaction immediately, your banking institution or digital wallet provider may have their own internal timelines for releasing the funds back to your statement.
5. Refused Deliveries
Refusing a package at the time of delivery by USPS, UPS, or FedEx is not a recommended method of cancellation. Refused packages are often subject to "Return to Sender" transit times which are significantly slower than standard shipping. If a package is refused, the refund will only be processed once the items are safely returned to our facility and inspected, and the original $6.99 shipping fee will remain non-refundable.
