When you place an order with Giftrstore, you agree to the return and refund guidelines below. These policies ensure a transparent and reliable process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds within the United States. Our goal is to provide every customer with a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

A. 30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged except for issues caused during shipping.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

B. No Included Return Label
We do not include a physical return label to reduce waste.

C. Return Procedure
To begin a return, email support@giftrstore.com with:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase
  • The reason for your return

If your item is damaged or defective, attach photos or a video.
After your return arrives and is inspected (within about 24 hours), we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued within 14 days, though your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost.

E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products
  • Wrong sizes
  • Damaged goods

F. Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

G. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours for a full refund.
After this window, processing may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
