This guide breaks down our entire process into clear A–B–C sections so you always understand how your order moves from checkout to delivery, why certain timeframes are necessary, and what to expect along the way.

A. Order Processing

All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing period. This allows our team to verify payment, review order details, and ensure product quality before anything leaves our facility.
Processing includes careful inspection, product preparation, protective packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check.
Our business week runs Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the next working day.
Orders submitted after 7:00 PM EST are automatically moved to the next day’s processing cycle to maintain accuracy and avoid rushed packing.
Orders placed on Sundays or major holidays begin processing the following business day.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders

Customized or personalized products—such as items featuring names, artwork, or unique design requests—require an additional 1–3 business days for review and production.
Bulk or wholesale orders of more than 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on stock availability and production volume.
These extended timelines ensure proper coordination among inventory, production, and design teams.
Same-day processing is only available for non-custom orders submitted before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Carriers

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using one of our trusted partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for select regions.
Carriers are selected based on destination, package size, and the most reliable route to ensure safe, timely delivery.

D. Shipping Fee

All U.S. domestic orders include a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
This helps us maintain consistent, high-quality packaging standards and dependable delivery speeds with no hidden charges.

E. Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive in 5–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier handling your package, and overall system volume.
Rural or remote destinations may experience slightly longer transit times.
Weather conditions, seasonal traffic, and carrier-related delays may occur. While outside our control, we regularly monitor updates and provide information when possible.
For urgent or seasonal purchases, we recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

These restrictions are due to carrier limitations and logistical constraints. We aim to expand our reach as operations grow.

G. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates typically activate within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans your package.
During peak seasons, updates may take slightly longer.
We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most accurate status.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes

During major shopping periods and national holidays, carrier networks experience increased volume, which may extend processing and delivery times.
Severe weather—especially winter storms—can also affect shipping routes.
Placing holiday orders early ensures the best chance of timely delivery.
