We offer a standardized flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. This rate is applicable regardless of the weight or volume of your order, ensuring a predictable checkout experience for our cardigans and accessories.
How long does delivery typically take?
Total delivery time involves a handling phase of 1–3 business days followed by a transit phase of 4–9 business days. On average, most customers receive their items within 5 to 12 business days. Please note these are estimated windows and not absolute guarantees.

Giftrstore utilizes a professional network of couriers, primarily USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is chosen based on the logistical efficiency of the route to your specific destination.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window for my purchase?
We provide a professional 90-day evaluation period from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to ensure your new belt, dress, or mini bag meets your styling requirements.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. Giftrstore maintains a $0 restocking fee policy. We believe that if an item isn't the right fit, you should not be penalized for returning it in its original, unworn condition.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we aim to process your refund within 10 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card).

Can I cancel my order after placement?
